ARTS & CRAFTS THRO’ THE AGES

An enormous “thank you” to all who joined in, providing photographs bringing back memories, information we didn’t already know or had nearly forgotten, the delightful flower decorations, welcomed our visitors, baked delicious cakes; served the refreshments, lent us precious Bibles (and cookery books!),the stained glass display, the youngsters with their own paintings of the church to go with those loaned, and much more.

Special mention must be made of the wonderful display of wedding dresses thro’ the decades, and the pantomime costumes, bringing back so many memories.

All our visitors were delighted, many saying they hadn’t known what a wealth of Dronfield history is there in St John’s - in Dronfield’s Parish Church…. Thank you everyone.
