Christmas Tree Festival is coming … from Friday 26th Nov to Sunday 5th Dec!
Open daily 11am – 6pm; responsibly encouraging social distancing and mask wearing!

Please Help
a) by encouraging friends to come, encouraging groups to return the Response forms already sent out (or available via 01246 413276) – we can’t provide space for ‘just turn up’ trees!
b) Sign up to help with Stewarding or Refreshments (Rotas at back of Church) – even one two-hour period is important and valued- and gives visitors a St John’s welcome!

c) help with setting up on Thursday 25th 8am – 6pm (before Choir Practice!)

General Queries: Jill & Tony Bethell; Refreshments: Jean Hobson

Climate Action Sue Murphy’s partner Nigel has helped the local Climate Action Group create a survey to ask people in the North East Derbyshire District and Chesterfield Borough Council areas for their views on steps that could be taken to combat climate change.

Please complete the online survey. The survey is straightforward and should only take 10-15 minutes. The results will be shared with Council members and our local MPs and will be available to anyone taking part in the survey.

You can find the survey at https://bit.ly/C_NEDclimate
