The survey is straightforward and should only take 10-15 minutes. The results will be shared with Council members and our local MPs and will be available to anyone taking part in the survey.  You can find the survey at

b) Sign up to help with Stewarding or Refreshments (Rotas at back of Church) – even a two hour period is important and valued- and gives visitors a St John’s welcome!

Many thanks to everyone who made the recent book sale and coffee morning the success it was. The event was well attended and the sale of donated books, jigsaws, CD’s, DVD’s, baking and plants etc raised the magnificent sum of  £855.00 for the work of Christian Aid worldwide. All being well, the next fund raising occasion will be the Sainsbury’s Christmas carol sing that has been arranged for the morning of Saturday the 18th of December with the possibility also of a mini book sale in the Civic Hall on a market day before then – watch this space!
