National Day of Reflection
Tuesday, 23 March 2021, is the first anniversary of the UK lockdown. To commemorate the tragic loss of life and to stand together with everyone who’s grieving, whether as a result of Covid or other causes the Church of England is supporting a National Day of Reflection. Our church will be open for prayer 2pm – 4pm, and a prayer sheet will be Emailed out with these notices for you to use in any way. Peter will also produce an online reflection that day in addition to the daily prayers.

Congratulations, love and good wishes to dear Bernard Broadhead, who has celebrated his 97th birthday! He is in a nursing home in Sheffield. He and his wife Jess were loyal, loved and
valued members of St Johns for over 50 years – and happily, he still is.

News: As we can’t meet together as we used to do, do you have any news to share? Please send items to the office by 9am on Thursdays

From Peter:
The church gardens keep sprouting with new life and delight. I love these hellebores though you have to get down low to appreciate their beautiful flowers.…
